When you report a problem, please include:

• Your device model and iOS version
• What you did and what happened
• A screenshot, if it helps show the problem

The app shows only some of my photos

You may have given the app limited access. Go to iOS Settings › Apps › SortCam › Photos and choose Full Access. The app’s Settings also lists each permission and opens the right page when you tap it.

I don’t see album name suggestions

Suggestions require iOS 27 and an iPhone with Apple Intelligence turned on. Without them, the name field is still filled in with the capture dates, and you type the rest.

Does deleting an album delete its photos?

No. Deleting an album keeps its photos and videos in your photo library. Deleting items from your device moves them to Recently Deleted, where you can recover them.

How do I change the language?

The app is available in English and Traditional Chinese. In the app, open Settings and tap Language to open the app’s page in iOS Settings.

App 只顯示部分照片

你可能只允許本 App 取用部分照片。請到 iOS「設定 › App › 分類相機 › 照片」，選擇「完整取用」。App 的「設定」也會列出每項權限，點一下就會開到對應的頁面。

看不到相簿名稱建議

名稱建議需要 iOS 27，以及已開啟 Apple Intelligence 的 iPhone。沒有建議時，名稱欄仍會先填入拍攝日期，你再輸入其餘部分。

刪除相簿會刪除照片嗎？

不會。刪除相簿時，照片與影片會留在照片圖庫。從裝置刪除的項目會移到「最近刪除」，可以從那裡復原。

怎麼切換語言？

本 App 支援繁體中文與英文。在 App 開啟「設定」，點「語言」，就會開到 iOS「設定」中本 App 的頁面。
